Responsibilities:

• Perform hearing screenings and comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Recommend appropriate hearing solutions based on patient needs.
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing devices.
• Educate patients on hearing aid use, care, and maintenance.
• Provide follow-up support, troubleshooting, and device adjustments.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
• Provide convenient in-home hearing services when required.
• Ensure a positive and professional patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Active New York Hearing Instrument Specialist license required.
• Experience with hearing assessments and hearing aid technology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patient-focused approach with excellent customer service abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for patient appointments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
