About the Role
You will be responsible for conducting hearing assessments, diagnosing hearing disorders, recommending and fitting hearing aids, and providing counseling and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing evaluations and hearing tests.
- Recommend, fit, and program hearing aids based on patient needs.
- Provide patient counseling, education, and aftercare support.
- Perform follow-ups, make adjustments, and troubleshoot.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide in-home hearing care services, including fittings, assessments, and follow-ups.
- Deliver an excellent patient experience throughout the journey.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts State license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Ability and willingness to travel locally for patient visit
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
