About the Role
You will be responsible for conducting hearing assessments, diagnosing hearing disorders, recommending and fitting hearing aids, and providing counseling and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hearing evaluations and hearing tests.
• Recommend, fit, and program hearing aids based on patient needs.
• Provide patient counseling, education, and aftercare support.
• Perform follow-ups, make adjustments, and troubleshoot.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide in-home hearing care services, including fittings, assessments, and follow-ups.
• Deliver an excellent patient experience throughout the journey.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts State license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability and willingness to travel locally for patient visit
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
